Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled, or Disadvantaged of Western New York, Inc. (LSED), a nonprofit law firm located in Buffalo, New York seeks an attorney with 0-2 years of experience. The attorney will handle cases involving landlord/ tenant disputes, evictions, housing code violations, powers of attorney and health care proxies.
We will consider recent graduates, but the candidate must pass the July 2016 bar exam. Employees of LSED must have access to a vehicle and be available weekends and evenings, as needed. A step one attorney on our scale starts at $51,381 and we have a generous benefits package, which includes health insurance (with cost sharing).
