The YLC invites you to a talk Judge Bianka Perez. Learn about her path to the bench and experiences that lead her there.

Hon. Bianka Perez is a Justice of the Supreme Court assigned to the Civil Division of Bronx County. Prior to her 2020 election to the Supreme Court she served as Civil Court Judge of Bronx County and was Adjunct Professor at Monroe College teaching Criminal Justice. 
Prior to her judicial career, Judge Perez helped the people of the Bronx as the sole owner of the Law Office of Bianka Perez. Before managing her own law office she worked at the firm of Ginarte, O'Dwyer, Winograd & Laracuente specializing in personal injury plaintiff matters. She was Commissioner of the NYC Board of Elections representing Bronx County from September 2014 through June 2016 and was elected the first Latina resident of the NYC Board of Elections in January 2016. She also served as Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearing from 2012 to 2014.
